World clock
Live time in the places you care about, with each city’s day laid out against yours. Your list stays in this browser.
Reading the world clock
Each clock shows local time, the abbreviation and UTC offset in force right now, and how far ahead or behind you it is. Dates in orange mean that place is already on tomorrow, or still on yesterday, compared with you.
Offsets change on different dates around the world: the US moves its clocks on the second Sunday of March, the EU on the last Sunday of March, and much of the southern hemisphere in the opposite direction. The daylight saving calendar lists every upcoming change.
Questions
Is my world clock saved?
Yes, the list of places is stored in this browser only (localStorage). Nothing is sent to a server. Use "Reset" to go back to the default list or clear it from the privacy page.
How accurate is the world clock?
It reads your device clock and converts it with your browser’s copy of the IANA time zone database. If your device clock is off, every clock here is off by the same amount.
Can I reorder the clocks?
Use the up and down buttons on each clock. The order is saved with the list.
